Application

Single girder gantry crane is a very common type, it is widely used in outdoor of warehouse,material yard, or workshop to assemble, to load and unload cargo,cabin control or remote control or pendent line with push button.

Working conditions

1. The temperature of working is -20°C~+40°C,we also could design the nonstandard crane as your ambient environment.
2. prohibited to use the equipment in the combustible, explosive or corrosive environment. 3. The industry voltage is 3phease AC, 380V, 50 HZ. It can be designed by your requirement.

Product detail descri`ption

1. Strong beams. The crane beams are of welded construction. This result in lower dead weight with a high degree of vertical and horizontal rigidity and smaller wheel loads.
2. End carriage: Crane travelling system, Motor-Reducer-Wheel driven system! motor used soft start motor which result in very stable starting!

4. Outstanding heat resistance with thermal-protective coating added at the bottom of the main beam!

Safety features

1. Overload protection: If the materials or electric current overstep the capacity, the crane will give a sharp warning for protection itself.
2. Emergency brake: If there's emergency situation, it could stop the crane to protect operator and goods.
3. Control Method: Room control or remote control to avoid any injure to the operation staff.
